It is fair to say that next to teaching cooking, Elise’s next passion is writing about food and gourmet travel. Elise was the founding Food Editor for Good Living, the weekly lift-out for The Sydney Morning Herald, Food Writer for The Herald (Melbourne), Food Editor for Belle and Belle Entertaining, Mode and Elle magazines and a contributor for Gourmet Traveller, South Coast Style and Burke's Backyard magazines. Her career in food spans cooking, journalism, television, cook book writing and marketing.
